If you are unable to resolve the dispute through informal resolution, all disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
